“We were on the way to Kentucky and needed a place to stay. We picked Country Inn & Suites by Radisson for its 9.0 rating and reasonable rate. Our expectations were exceeded with a very clean hotel, very pleasant staff, great room with a clean and spacious bathroom with great lighting, a great shower, quiet HVAC, great sound isolation, great light exclusion to extend and improve sleep, and a good breakfast. The only things that could have made it ideal would have been bananas at breakfast and……

“The room was clean, and the staff was outstanding. Housekeeping was always friendly when I spoke to them, and they always asked if we needed anything whenever I saw them in the halls. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The pool was out of order, but they were quite helpful in getting us access to the Hampton Inn next door where we could enjoy the pool. One thing I forgot to note, to engage the deadbolt lock on the door I had to lift on the door from the handle,……

“The desk attendant was very helpful when we needed a room change due to a toilet that was not working. She even provided us a room upgrade! Another employee let us know that we could watch the football game that was on Prime on the lounge TV on a channel in our room. We are grateful for that. Meals and drinks are very nice.”
